about us

Peak Dale Primary School is situated in the Peak District National Park. We wonderful school grounds including a field and woodland area. The school is located 10 minutes from Buxton and there is a strong working village community which is supportive of the school.
Although we are a small school, we work and learn as part of a Federation of schools. For our staff this means they have access to peer-to-peer support and enhanced training and development opportunities. For our children, they get to meet other children , enjoy school trips together and compete in various cross curricular, sporting events and co-curricular events.

This website is an opportunity for everyone at the school to share what we do here with the wider community; it is populated with examples of children's work, photographs, videos and also lots of information about the school. We regularly update our content, so it is well worth checking the site every few weeks to see the latest exciting things that are going on Peak Dale.

We always greatly appreciate your feedback on how we are doing and also any suggestions you might have on things we could add to our site. If you do, just e-mail (or, of course, 'phoning or writing are still most welcome!).
It is our hope that this website continues to give everyone the chance to share in our lives here at school and the fantastic time we have each and every day.
